Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Old Port of Marseille and Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal, both of which were conveniently located near the hotel. The Old Port was vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops to wander around. The Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal offered beautiful views of the harbor and the opportunity to see the majestic cruise ships up close. We thoroughly enjoyed these activities and would highly recommend them to families visiting the area.

My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities at the hotel. While the hotel was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, my children wished for a dedicated play area or a children's pool.

It was a quite, clean hotel with good parking place. The staff in reception were warm-hearted to tell me about information we needed.

The location was perfect, close to cool places like the Old Port of Marseille and Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal. We had a great time exploring and checking out all the awesome activities in the area. The hotel itself was spacious and comfy, giving us a good night's sleep after all the fun.

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more nightlife options for young party-goers. We wished there were more places to dance and have a good time in the vicinity.

The aircondition was a joke, sloppy service at breakfast and no bread, coffe or cheese left when we arrived at 8.00 am.

I likes the fact that as it is a very new hotel everything was very clean.People working there (few though) were polite and wanting to help in any occasion.

Most probably because of the 3 months existence of the hotel it was very unorganuzed. There was no toilet paper in the reception toilet, the cleaning ladies could or would never keep in mind that there were 3 guests in the room, and even after telling them they kept bringing us only 2 towels every day, or they would forget to leave coffee and sugar, or a new bar of soap, as the first one had finished. They all were very polite and wanted to help, after the complaints were made, and said many times that they were sorry...but they could not get the whole thing organized. One day they even forgot to clean the room at all....they never went in it....

I recently stayed at a hotel that served as a great base for exploring the beautiful Provence region. The location was ideal, with both Aix-en-Provence and Marseilles just a short 15-minute car ride away. This made it incredibly convenient for daily trips and sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel offered easy access to the highway, restaurants, and a shopping area, which was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable and clean environment for rest at the end of a long day of exploring. The hotel also provided free parking, which was a much-appreciated perk.

Great new and not very much used hotel between Marseille and Aix en Provence. Very clean and comfortable providing exelent value for the money. Safe and spacious free parking. Well working AC and TV in the room. Large rooms.

Location is of course not the best for those who are not willing to drive a lot if visting Provence. It is not so easy to find the hotel even with a GPS navigator.

This hotel in Provence exceeded my expectations in several ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the clean and modern rooms to the little extras provided, they really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Finally, the breakfast they served was delicious, with a great coffee machine and plenty of options to choose from.

No negatives, everything was just perfect.

the hotel was not in walking distance of any restuatants, bars or shops.meals were not available at lunchtime.On Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights evening meals were not available either.Would recommend for a short stay of a day or two. Not longer.

This hotel had a good location, close to the highway and easy to access. the staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a nice swimming pool for guests to enjoy during the hot weather days.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned, with stains on the carpet and bathroom. The air conditioning was not effective and it was difficult to sleep due to the high temperature.

Located in the heart of the city, it's a short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a TV, and breakfast is a delicious spread of pastries and coffee. The staff are welcoming, speaking multiple languages and always happy to help.

The lack of parking facilities is a real drawback for those with cars.

Perfect choice for a trip, renovated hotel with nice roomes and good service. The breakfast was ok, good choice for food. The rooms are clean, we were perfectly satisfied.
